The Great River

This title is in reference to the Anduin - the Great River. It is the river that carries the Fellowship quickly down its stream to hasten their flight from the orcs. The beginning of the song is one of excitement and awe as the Fellowship and the viewer take a grand view of the surrounding area. The song is quick and powerful. It has a pronounced feeling of haste and escape at the end which makes use of the horns to add that extra power to the escape.
