although her part is not very extensive. This song shows a
return to Rivendell - highlighting Arwen Undomiel - the
Evenstar. It shows her struggle between her father and Aragorn.
She loves both but must pick whether to leave Middle Earth
forever and stay immortal, or to choose Aragorn and die a
mortal's death.
This song gives Arwen's presence a very
graceful entrance. It shows her struggle in making her
decision and manages to display her as a being of purity and
of a high nature.
